Playoff seeding

Yeah, we're playing West Columbus and Whiteville is in Columbus County too. From there if you head east to the beach, 1 hour. If you head west to the mountains of beautiful Bryson City, it is 5 hours. Yep, they definitely in the west....lol

Hold on BK. Our DC has found a whole new set of YouTube videos on how to to slowdown your running game. (Think it has an 11 man front). U guys gonna be in for a looooong nite!!!!!

Totally lost when it comes on how to fix the brackets but wondering if someone can answer probably a simple question for me.

How is S. Robeson in the West? Looking at google maps it shows them to be south of Fayetteville. Just wondering where exactly the cut off line for East/West is ??

Well, the geographic center of NC is in east Montgomery County, and there aren't too many 1A schools in the flatlands west of there. So they have to grab the westernmost schools that qualify and drag them west, I guess. :)

Usually, if there aren't enough teams that qualified from one region, or there are a lot of teams from one region, they use teams from opposite regions to fill the void. Happens a lot more in 1A than any other class.

Is it really that difficult for you to understand the logistics? If team 1 has a longitude that is farther west thant team 2 then team 1 will be west. duh

Bk13, Oldmaroon, SWE, thanks for clearing that up. I figured there was a central line and they would get the teams "East" of that line that was closest "West" first. Thanks for the respectable and decent replies. Unlike some.

There is no so called "line" that separates the East and West. Whiteville, the Columbus County schools, and others in the SE have been West bracket for the last few seasons.
