Poor guy may never sell a jar in Canton!Gotta give it to the Knights. Shut us down in the second half. The qb is outstanding running that offense. If he was bigger GT would be all over him. Couple scores late in the game made it look worse than it was. Hey thats football.

Ya’ll did bring a load down and was very supportive. #21 and #5 are two great players and hurt us on some long time consuming drives. Nothing to hang your head about for sure...
Ga Tech isn't running Triple O now, They bought Paul Johnson out and he retired back to Newland.
If you know how to reach Coach Johnson, call him and see if he will come to Cullowhee to finish were he started.
Bomber06 tarboy, I've actually have had their pickles. They sell em at Ducketts produce in Canton. They are good.
Great atmosphere in the dungeon even though you all handled us in the second half. Everyone I spoke too was very nice. I wouldn't mind to see North pop up on the schedule in the future. Looks like Pryor will be a load next week, best of luck!
North tacked on a couple scores at the end but the Bears gave them all they wanted. I was surprised how well Pisgah moved the ball in the first half and on the first drive of the second half. North is gonna have to tighten it up against Burns. Their offense is miles ahead of Pisgah's. Tip of the hat to North and coach Bazzle. They ran their offense to perfection. You really never knew who had the ball or where it was going. Thats coaching!
Hold your head up Bears! You beat Mt Heritage, Brevard and tied for first in the conference. All of that was above my expectations. The kids played hard all year and the coaching staff really did a fine job with them. A really good year for Pisgah. I'm really proud of the team and what they accomplished this season.

Pryor will be more than a load to stop. He's a beast. Hung 307 yards on Hibriten in the FIRST HALF alone on 27 carries. North can slow him, but can't stop him. Wonder if it will come down to a shootout? May head out to see that game next week. Points all over the board.
I think North has a way of adjusting to good running backs. If the D can come off their blocks and key in on him it’ll be a gams. North is just gonna be harder for Burns to deal with as Burns will get more resistance on D than Hibriten gave him.

BTW, When are y’all officially naming Belue your head coach?Congrats to NL. The NL QB was the best I’ve ever seen at running the Triple Option. He was the difference in the 2nd half.

Pisgah did have a great season. Your Defence was very good and your team won some hard fought games. I believe if Pisgah had a couple more playmakers on offence you would still be playing. I think my team is in the same situation but being in 2a is alot eaiser to advance until we have to play Reidsville. Congratulations to the Bears on a great season.
Pisgah should be very good next year. Losing some good seniors, but lots of Jrs will be back, and we have some really good players that will move up from the JV team.

Pisgah played good tonight or last night I should say. Small and medium size guys from what I could see but very very tough. Loved watching the QB and Wideouts for them. Those boys have to be getting some looks from some schools. Running game for Pisgah wasn’t bad either especially 1st quarter. Had me alittle worried ha ha.
Next week is were the rubber meets the road North has accomplished a first ever conf championship this year and making it past the 3rd round will be yet another major accomplishment for first time should they do so. The momentum is certainly on their side and if they are ever gonna pull it off, this will be the year to do it or have to do it. Losing too many great seniors that make things happen.
Bazzle should have the boys ready for Pryor. Expect a crowd and a barn burner.

Congrats Bears on a good season and hard fought game. Yes Beard runs the option very fast! We have 4 ball carriers so typically at least 1 has a big night.... tough to defend all 4.. plus stay honest with pass. You OLine did a great job on double teams giving ball carriers some lanes. Halftime adjustments got us back on track. It’s fun playing teams with lots of support in the stands.
And yes! 2nd and 20 or 3rd and 30 are not going to get converted very often! NO MORE PENALTIES ON PASS PLAYS!

Best I've ever seen the triple option ran in high school last night, like a machine, hard to know where the ball is or going, and lots of forward power. Great atmosphere, very nice venue, and super classy peps, congratulations going forward NL.
