Northeastern vs Hereford county

I’m guessing Princeton and those Duplin County football powerhouse programs would be the three in front.
Princeton and Greene Central foe sure top 3. If Nash Central holds on to being the top 2A in their conference and don't lose more than one more game...maybe they'll be top 3 and NE will be 4th.

High chance though, and best case, NE gets 3 seed now that I'm looking hard at RPI

Who has defeated Northeastern in the East, except from my WRH? Interestingly enough, Northeastern has consistently played at their best away from home. Great game to Northeastern lastnight.

Thanks Grizz, I trust what you say. That’s a good area for us to be in

Greene Central is looking better each week. I wish we had them at home but we don't. We play @ Farmville next week and then we go to Greene Central. Farmville game will be really important to have any chance of winning the conf. 1 game at a time!

Most definitely, for some crazy reason we always seem to play well on the road. NE played good last night and was able to get the win. The game was much closer than the scoreboard indicated

When a high school football team racks up 465 total offensive yards and scores six touchdowns, it becomes sense to assume that their efforts were effective. Congrats to both Sutton & Spencer.

Spencer #5 absolutely had the game of his life last night. I had my doubts about him in the backfield but I’m now a believer I understand HC defense wasn’t the best but still this kid put on a show. If he continues to play like thar then every team in the better get ready, this will be a NE offense like many of us haven’t seen in years. I loved what I saw last night from everyone and most especially Coach Moores play calling. He killed it last night and countered every move Coach Saxby made with an even better one. Checkmate 😀😀

Oh so that's ED an appearance count right.......ok
On both sides of the ball, the Panthers are powerful. In Duplin County and possibly the conference, Avery Gaby is the top high school football player pound for pound. He is the subject of that interest as well as the achievements of his partners Hall, Kennedy, and others. They are a mechanism that moves chains. The difficulty arises when the Panthers square off against both North and South Lenoir. Despite having some injured players, the Panthers must learn how to manage these games. ED must be at their peak performance now more than ever.

More like 1 to me the first one was 65 years ago lol (exaggerating lol but it's been a long long time ago)
JK has 3, two in the last 15yrs. And ED is considered a powerhouse program, and has been for years. A powerhouse program is one that wins consistently, year in and year out. One can't base a powerhouse program on championships. Championships makes you an elite powerhouse program, and those powerhouse programs has prevented ED from winning championships. But ED is a powerhouse program, in my book anyway.

ED has lost few times that I thought they were good enough to win it all. 3 times to Clinton that won it all. In 97 Clinton's Willie Parker team was just better than ED. They won state all 3. Once to SWO with Kendrick Burney. SWO was just Better. Twice to Tarboro with Todd Gurley. Just couldn't stop Gurley. 2017 made it and should of won it. Running back going down hurt bad that game. All those teams won state those years. And last year to Wallace although Shelby would of wax us🤣. This year we will see lots of good teams east and west.

Believe it or not one of those years Todd Gurley edenton almost beat them in the playoffs that was 2 good teams that year it sounds like y'all had some tough luck

Is what it is my man. Sometimes you have to make your luck sometimes teams are just better. Only one that was real tough luck was 2017. That was a bad break.

I also consider ED a powerhouse program, In the east anyways. ED,ClINTON,wrh,NE are always favorites to win the eastern championship almost every year.
