Interesting to sit and watch today's meeting unfold. It's no wonder why everything takes so long. There are Board members who do not understand ADM reporting structures in various circumstances.

Too many cooks in the kitchen AND some of the cooks can barely boil water.
Look, from what I seen, when too many folks jump in, ain't nobody owning up to it. I done watched teams trip up 'cause everyone just passin' the blame, ain't nobody claimin' the end result.
Accountability is what is missing most. Personal Accountability.
Miscommunication is like a bad Wi-Fi signal, it messes everything up. So let's get our funding and projects in check, or we'll end up more confused than a kid in a corn maze.
