Off of basic knowledge and instinct I would say North Moore....but after diving in to last years season in this conference and seeing what teams are losing in production...I gotta say I think SE Alamance takes the conference this year. North Moore is losing a lot of production, Cummings is without Paylor now...

Northwood lost everybody. I'd be shocked if they win 3 conference games

North Moore took a huge loss to graduation, but moving up a successful JV program. I see them as the top 1A in the conference, but 3 or 4 overall.
