even though it was vetoed, it will come back again. I think this has been discussed by NC Legislative.

Total BS if that passes. A few years ago it came up but did not go anywhere in the NC Legislature. My understanding is that a very strong Representative from the east wants to bring it to a vote again.

Public schools aren't a buffet...either you're in or you aren't. I want parents and communities that are invested in schools as a whole because they have skin in the game, not just their athletic departments.

Exactly, why should a kid get to wear the green and gold and call themselves a Trojan when they dont even go to class there. That would be a complete joke. The next step would be that they would be given protection. You could not cut them, because someone would claim that they were being discriminated against because they were a home schooler. You would end up with regular students that deserve to be on the team, being cut to make room for them. Again what a JOKE.
