Well idk who that is. I personally would like Shelby undefeated and rams to be the one to knock them off. No reason to think we won’t be traveling to Shelby late November
We've seen this before.... Shelby loses an early season game and then everybody on the rest of the schedule pays for it.....
Shelby has the heart of a champion. Glad we play them early. I definitely expect to see them playing once again in December.

I have complete confidence in this team and staff to improve every weak against a strong non conference schedule.
Last year you guys had the experience edge in the first game of the season and we were breaking in new players. This year the roles were reversed and that was the reason that I gave us the edge in the first game. Your defense is young but extremely fast. Your defense will be awesome late in the season when the young guys have some games under their belt.
Now that friday night is over come out to Shelby High tomorrow and support your Future Lions, Chargers, Mounties and Bulldogs....

One thing that I always say to people, no other 2A team plays the non-conference schedule that Shelby plays. It’s one of the things that make you guys so dominant in the playoffs against your opponents. Much respect and then some for the Golden Lions.

Yea I wonder if these teams would be on Shelby non conference schedule if they were located somewhere different. But I agree. Reidsville is trying a lot harder to get tougher matchups in non conference. Shelby will be just fine and May drop at most 1 more along the way. But battle tested does mean something come playoffs.
It’s better than it used to be, but I knew Western Alam Ass wouldn’t be any comp. Anyway, it was annoying that one of you guys would come in here taunting us, especially from a guy who never even goes to any of your actual games, just relies on updates in the forum.🙄 It’s all good, though.

Western isn't some garbage program they have some state championships and they were pretty close to winning during that covid year.
