Im not arguing with you as I have zero knowledge of this Britt guy but it seems very rare that anybody ever goes from Fayetteville to Charlotte. Seems the Charlotte hires come from within Charlotte for the most part, Mallard Creek being a recent exception.

True. He's a young coach who played at NCCU. Has a great rapport with the players and will be HC one day soon. Charlotte has great football and coaches, but there are others around the state that would do just as well if given the chance.

Hope they give a younger proven coordinator a chance. Most go with a HC that has experience unfortunately.

I'm good with that if he's a proven winner. But to go with a .500 coach because he's been a HC over a Championship Winning Coordinator is not smart in my book. Give some new blood a chance.... if you're wrong you've lost a yr no big deal
