When there is a PI call in high school and the pass is short of 15 yds is it a 15 yd mark off from LOS.
unless it is half the distance ofcourse/near goal line.

All pass interference penalties under high school rules are 15 yards. No automatic first down or loss of down either.

just verifying that, for some reason wasnt positive on the shorter than 15 yd passes,
fully aware of the no automatic first, few seem to be aware of that
