What more would you like me to post? My team is out and just got curb stomped by a Duplin County team. Everyone up here was right, we can’t beat those teams from Duplin. We can only beat the tomato cans I learned my lesson this time, I’ll be more careful when posting in the future.

I’m still pissed tbh. I stood there the entire game Friday night. I took it all in. If it upset me as bad as it did I can only imagine how bad our coaches are taking it. I guarantee you one thing, never again will I ever say we can beat those Duplin boys. To lose is one thing, but to lose the way we did in such a monumental game, there’s just no excuse. Why did we abandon what we do best? Why were our kids unable to hold onto the onside kicks? Why did we not take a page out of East Duplin game plan for slowing down the running attack? These are questions I’ve asked myself over and over for the last two days. I’m not being critical of our coach either, I know how bad he wanted to win. Something went terribly wrong, that’s all I know. Maybe 91 is right after all, maybe we did just suck. He’s the only poster up here who called this game right. He said we’d get embarrassed and curb stomped and we did just that. 91 said we’d fall off after this year, Im not going to disagree with him. 91 next year you’ll have to find someone else team to bash because I won’t be up here bragging about how good we are, I promise you that. Until we beat those Duplin County teams I’ll never talk shit again. Congratulations on that win and go Bulldogs. I have voted and I voted for the Bulldogs 😉 in this one

Yeah tomato can teams that we used to beat up on like Douglas Byrd Greenville Rose and all the other 4a schools we used to play those teams would kill these little ass schools today...but we can only play the teams they put in front of us WRH is a great program not going take nothing from them we always have trouble with the Wing t teams if it's tarboro or who ever but I don't think East duplin would have beat us not unless they run the Wing t to so if you want to beat northeastern learn the Wing t and you will win until we learn how to stop it and am a NHS fan but it's the truth

Let me chime in jd y’all aren’t the only team that’s plays 4 a wrh has played 3 a and 4a teams and beat them and lost some new Hanover , laney , havelock Hoggard , wake forest,MB etc. to say they would destroy us is a lie I’ve seen us beat hood 4a teams yes that little school praogram wrh that’s known throughout NC when u lose to a great team it just shows what u have to work on no shame in that!!we lost to wake forest by 14 I was glad we could stay that close and even after the game the coaches were amazed at how good wrh were even with a lost!! That bunch of kids at NE shouldn’t hang their heads at all they didn’t play well I get it but they didn’t quit playing I admired that in those kids how they tried and wanted to make their coaches proud of their efforts I was sure glad we got to play in a game with one of the best schools in Nc NE A Rising Contender NEHS!! I pray all those gets have open doors to hood college programs and every endeavor in their life that they achieve with maximum success!! I enjoyed talking to coach moore and freshwater and fletch after the game and some of the players those young men are class acts!! I was glad to see the smile on the kids faces of NE after the game disappointed yes but they knew they were on the feild with a hood team as well as wrh knew the same!!jd east duplin run the wing t just as we do but they run the Jim Brett system with the passing at times!! Wrh run 3 styles!! So they would’ve probably got ya too they have sped and athletes too not throwing shade at all!! Congrats to NE kids and Coaches ON a great year!! Swo even had SOME success passing the ball on wrh and we suck in the passing game lol. Wing t is a different animal if you do play against it weekly or yearly. Like playing navy in college. They just roughing you up a little. They know that Wallace-Rose Hill is one of North Carolina's toughest programs and would be a handful for anybody, especially deep in the playoffs. One reason, among others, is because they've been there so much.

One time, after a loss, I really let him have it, almost personal like, but it was more of him being proud of his team than anything else. No matter what else, he was simply proud of his team, and I hate that I got after him. He knew a lot more about football than I ever will. Posters like you and him are what makes for good reading. Just stick with your team. Even your fellow poster knows you love the Eagles.
BTW, if I'm not mistaken, isn't Forgiato a type of wheel rim that costs more than a lot of cars ? Just wondered what kind of car they're on.
Yes I got a photo with Tennessee Coach, not Lane. I don’t think we have much coming back tbh. Our qb will be back and the rb #9 who ran for 180 against Washington will be back, and one of my favorite players #10 Devaughan Bell. He’s a sophomore and was a big part of our defense. Jv team went undefeated so I’m sure there’s talent there, and Coach always seems to get transfers. I don’t think he’ll leave here unless it’s for ECSU.

Thanks Lincolnton, I try to mix it up with other posters just to add some excitement I don’t have the knowledge that many of you have so I try and talk about whatever comes to mind. It may not even be football related sometimes. I just love going to the games on Friday nights, it doesn’t even have to be my team. Friday night I’ll be going to a game somewhere. I may check to see if Oscar Smith Va is playing. They are the #1 program in Va and and the school is only 35 miles from my house. Princeton is 2:45 minutes away and just a long boring ride home. Forgiato Wheels is a very expensive rim that you may see on the rides called “donks”. They are very popular down in Florida and range in price from 4k and up. I’m not big on those cars but I don’t hate them either. I’m a car guy and like the classics that have been modified and the Cali lows. I’m surprised you knew of them especially considering where you live out west. Forgiato Blow is a music artist out of Florida I like. His grandfather is founder of AutoTrader magazine. I just want to be a normal poster tbh. The only thing that makes me stand out is because I’m from Northeastern and there are very few of us, just myself and James. Of course every year at playoff time some new posters will pop up. Good luck Friday, we may be there but I haven’t decided
I’m still not over that loss tbh. I don’t like to watch teams that just run the ball and that’s what both these teams do. It makes for a boring game imo. Of course it obviously works though because both these running teams are in the championship

I’ve been on this board a long time, several different user names but I remember when northeastern had one poster, I am cagey, anyone remember him? I wonder how he’s doing. He was always a pretty good poster.

Night I watched your defense not playing assignment football on defense they were looking to c who had the ball before doing their assignment of gap filling they plainly didn’t execute the keys to slow down the rushing attack myself and some of my friends were talking about that very thing ya lbackers was caught to many times eye watching and moving from gaps not trying to be blocked they got pushed which was easy cause they weren’t flowing to the ball they weee guessing where it could be they were looking at the qb to c who he handed the ball too and when it was time to react they couldn’t recover because they were out of place got caught up in the flow of the back blocking and guards pulling not trying to doanything but stop the runner honestly Goob they looked lost on d I’m not throwing shade man I’m jswhat I saw ! Ya the onside kicks got ya but ya d couldn’t figure it out at all I said this on this board Goob u practiced for the wing t but which version did u practice for cause true to form wrh ram all 3 system Friday night some that we as wrh fans didn’t see coming I really didn’t think they were gonna run the slot T but they did with Kanye and kamon off tackle sweeps ya guys were scrambling for answers no one had , ED Runs it well too their no slouch at it at all!! Yeah I was very surprised that NE didn’t pass the ball more than they did. Pass defense is our Achilles heel and to be honest I was worried to death that NE was gonna sling it up and down the field all over us. I was definitely expecting a high scoring game because I figured neither defense would be able to stop the other. Even more so coming out in the 2nd half I would have bet anything the NE was gonna open it up with passes every down because I think it was like 29-0 or something at that time.
On a side note...what’s up with the fan support at NE? I mean for a 4th round game it sure seemed like y’all didn’t have a very big crowd looking at it from the visitors side. You would think with a town that big there would have been a lot more people there.
Goob-Don't beat yourself up too bad. That offense is a bad matchup for anybody. Especially if you ignore the game film from the previous game. To slow it down, you can't run the base defense that you normally run unless you get penetration from NE's front four. Mimicking ED defense might have slowed Wallace down a bit or maybe a lot. But the repeated onside kicks, that's a tough one. Anyway, it was good to meet everyone. NE has had a great run the last 4 years. You should be proud of them. They've been the best in the East the three previous years. And it hasn't been close.
U right falcon wrh offense is very tricky and u right they show u one offense style of the wing t and they ran a whole different offense style Friday night they mixed it up and confused NE defense!! Those different variations will give anyone else a fit the only way to stop a team that runs it’s penatration also limit possessions most rams don’t use but one style wrh uses three , the Michigan slot T and the Jim Brett t and the Delaware T they are all different certain run and lineups sweeps off tackles , counters, bellies, traps , so many diffeeent plays 3 distinct offenses it’s a headache but when ran properly it’s a thing of beauty!!
I always keep up with the Eastern teams... SWO, WRH, Northeastern Tarboro... I dig that brand of football...

The fan support here is dismal at best. It’s actually quite sad considering the recent success we’ve had under Coach Moore. If you noticed at halftime most of our fans had left and with our quick scoring offense we definitely weren’t out of the game. I have an idea Coach Moore just coached his last game at Northeastern. My instinct tells me he’s going to take the head coach job at ECSU where they just fired the coach. That’s just my gut feeling.
You and I both agree though that we shouldn’t have abandoned our passing attack and definitely should’ve put the kids with the best hands on the front line for the ensuing onside kicks. I messaged my guy from Princeton and told him about those onside kicks and to make sure they prepare for it.
