Garinger Hires Wilson

Nine head coaches in ten years? That's like trying to find a decent chili dog at a state fai - good luck with that! No wonder the team’s more confused than a cat at a dog park! When coaches come and go quicker than a Buc-ee's brisket sandwich, how you gonna get that tight-knit vibe? It’s like rolling dice for a game plan, bro - sometimes you hit, but mostly you miss! And let’s be real, two years is barely enough to figure out where the bathroom is, let alone build a winning squad! They need some steady hands up in there!

Garinger has a staffing stability issue, period. From the administration to teachers. Saying that, Wilson has shown the tendency to stay at a school for quite some time before moving on. If you can get a staff member to stay at a school for 5 years nowadays, it’s good.

Garinger has had a year, with their principal at the beginning of the year being a terrible hire and already moving on. A number of staff members resigned or quit during that time. Hopefully the new principal stays there for several years to help stabilize staff.

It’s all about stability. Which has lacked in everyone category within that school. If they match up a good AD; Principal; Coach who wants to stay and build it up then they may have a chance

You hear anything more specific about that? Kind of shocking for a principal to move on mid first year. Never heard anything more than bad fit. I'm surprised that nobody reported on it.

Since 2010 - 9 head coaches and most stay for 2 years and the longest was 3 yrs with a few being 1 and done
Just curious, I certainly don’t follow Garinger, but has any of these 9 coaches gone anywhere else as a head coach and had any success. Or this just a graveyard for coaches?
