First respectable opponent for Burns in a month. Burns has outscored their opponents 178-7 in the last 3 weeks 🙄. But the Warriors are vastly improved this season and with Hill at RB could give Burns a good game. I'm taking Burns at home 42-21. Thoughts?

One thing I'll say, East Gaston has had a couple meaningful competitive games recently, Burns hasn't, that could play a factor, especially early.

Just wondering if Burns can stop Justin Hill.
Powerful runner 6-1. 215 lbs won 100 in conf. This year.
And on other side can East stop Burns passing attack...
Should be a good one.

The further we get into the season, our losses don't look as bad. Kings Mountain looks good and Watauga keeps winning. We're blowing teams out that we are supposed to. East Gaston could give us a few problems. They're really excited about winning some games this year and they should be. We've played some very low quality teams the last several weeks and could be caught sleeping. If we give a good effort and don't take EG lightly, we should win going away. But if we overlook them, they'll punch us in the mouth.

I’m happy for East! I think they have our respect. They probably will give us a game. Hey after watching Texas AtM beat Bama tonight we are reminded that anything is possible- but if the dogs stay the course they will win. Glad we have em at home.

I'm proud of the Warriors! It's been a fun year, regardless of how things turn out the next two weeks. We have people that can play, we aren't a one man band. Let the chips fall where they may this Friday! We've had some guys out the past three weeks that I hope we get back this week.

Burns should win this one, should is the key word there. Eg is much improved, and I think will come out swinging in this one so hopefully Burns doesn't overlook them. I'm taking Burns 35-14, I think it'll be close in the 1st half then Burns pulls away late.

They hardly got by TJ. I respect folks trying to breathe some life Into this dull season but burns by as many as they want. Good for east to get some wins and build some excitement.

Burns answers with a 20 yard TD pass.

Burns 14
East Gaston 13

1:20 til half.

And it's a flag fest here tonight. Been like 8 or 9 unsportsmanlike calls so far.

Burns fans, if EG wins this game y’all will forevermore get raked over the coals. Oh and I’ll laugh my azz off also!
Couple things I've noticed tonight. The level of teams Burns has been playing the last month is really showing tonight. Add on that they have 6 unsportsmanlike like penalties too, not a recipe for success. Taken nothing away from EG too, those boys are fighting.
