Do ratings change after Monday games?

Yes after last night's games in the West after the Starmount / Elkin game while Elkin remained at 11 Starmount went from 10 to 7 pushing Andrews, Mtn Heritage and Thomas Jefferson down 1 spot.
But they do update during the day someone pointed out that apparently the NCHSAA is using MaxPreps for score updates the thing is they are sometimes slow coming in like right now the score between Warren county and KIPP Pride still hasn't been reported on MaxPreps.
If that is the situation and it appears to be since on the RPI rankings those two teams winning percentage still shows what they were before the game, to me I a little ridiculous NCHSAA should have the capability to find out scores and make the changes themselves without depending on MaxPreps. MaxPreps is Nationwide and rely on score tracker to report the score the NCHSAA should be able to keep up with NC themselves.
