if schools really cared about winning, they wouldn't keep recycling bad coaches into head jobs. and they would make it less of a burden to put together a competent staff. most of the "good" teams only have to play 2 or 3 competitive games a season bc the other teams on their schedule are shit.There's been a lot of good coaches stepping down. Do you think it's because of the new age of kids coming thru ( want things given to them ) or schools caring more about winning only or growing the program/young men for the long run?
