Historic day for CHS athletics first Tennis team wins 2A state title for first time now girls soccer advancing to Eastern title game...good day to be a Darkhorse.....get ready to catch some heat for starting a girls soccer thread on a football forum tho lol
Has to be one of the best days in DarkHorse athletic history with 2 historic wins. Go DarkHorses!
Eastern title game at Carrboro who is a traditional power in girls soccer....read up on them 3 straight state championships from 2015-2017 pretty good again this year aswell only 1 lost and allowed 5 goals the whole season......but i think like the boys the girls are going to find a way and scrap it out for a victory

I think our DarkHorse Girls soccer team will win. For the last few years the boys and the girls have been treading among the elite teams in soccer. Last fall the boys proved they are the elite by winning the state championship. The girls have been close but they would usually ending up losing by a goal. I think they’re going to do it. They’ve been battle tested & road tested. Go DarkHorses!

Pretty exciting couple weeks for Clinton athletics as a whole had the Kaba announcement Tennis team winning girls soccer team advancing girls 4×1 track team competed at State and now next week Ryheem Skinner will be making his announcement
Clinton looks stronger than Carrboro stats-wise, but we all know stats don't win the game. Might have to go to the game since I live close by.
They should be in the running for winning the Wachovia Cup this year!
Especially if Clinton girls run the table and win a SC.....i know schools win State titles in multiple sports all the time i know winning 2 is pretty common but how many schools win titles in 3 or more sports in a single school year....cant be many
Smith has done a tremendous job in building the soccer program from the ground up, recreation program, travel ball and coaching the high school.
