I give Bandys credit. A lot of teams did not want to come to Cleveland County to play. Also it will be fun to have Catholic come to KM next season.

Former Kings Mountain Head Football and Wrestling Coach and Athletic Director, Dave Farquharson, passed away April 6th. I think he finished his teaching and coaching career at Forestview. Coach Farquharson had a hand in molding the lives of many a young men. Rest in Peace my friend!!!
We really don't. We have absolutely had transfers come to Burns but normally it's under circumstances create by the school they left. Guarantee you Devine is not reaching out to other players to come to Burns. I will bet every dime Shelby Lion spends at L&L in Gastonia on it. Cannot blame him for attending though. How else will he find out inside information from Crest fans. You only thought you knew what he meant by Quick Snack.
Funny and True Story: I heard this from a Crest fan and died laughing. The new scoreboard donations got brought up at a Baseball game. We had a few Crest guys at the game and we were giving each other a hard time like normal. A Burns guy asked why none of the State Championship classes had donated yet. The Crest fan looks at him dead in the face and said... "Bro, none of those players graduated from Crest that year. They went back to their own school after the season ended." The group of about 10 of us erupted in laughter. He said it, he owned it. You had to have been there and maybe a few of you were. If you know you know... 😂

One thing you will never see me knock on is a school upgrading. The comment sections on the internet blow my mind. We got the auditorium and people were pissed! Same with the press box.
