Nope it wasn’t a clean transfer. You can’t transfer saying you moved especially as a high profile rising senior but your siblings still attend school in KM. I’ve seen kids get denied from transferring to KM under the same circumstances including last year. This situation has drawn scrutiny to other transfers between county schools that would have normally flown under the radar. The easiest way around it is to have a legitimate move. The Shelby to Crest transfers are being looked at now. For the record the outcry didn’t come from KM, you might want to look 6-7 miles down the road from what I am hearing lol. Like I said this one opened up some stink 🍿.

Doubt it ends there. Player has 3+ months to get moved it that's what they want. It's just funny how certain students can transfer wherever as long as they can get to school, and others have to change addresses to be able to transfer.

"Gold wing" not the fairy motorcycles the Ritzy Boiling Springs and KM fans drive around sipping their mocha lattes and preening about with their french poodles in their fanny packs and their man buns frolocking in the wind....But the offense...We are switching the LB from Crest to Fullback and Mr. High Profile from KM is gonna play flanker old school, out wide with hand on the ground... The only thing he will need to do is stalk block The Creek lineman is gonna go to tackle and like Coach Taylor used to say, give me a QB, a FB and a Tackle and Ill take mine and beat yours and Ill take yours and beat mine

Actually it was three players. Two left after Christmas break. Two defensive guys who want to play offense despite one starting to pick up a lot of college attention recently on the defensive side. I like both kids. These student athletes are 15, 16, and 17yr old kids. It doesn’t take much to entice them or some of their parents. They are kids and think as such. You have to give them a little grace. We currently have multiple kids being recruited by other schools. It’s today’s environment. Some by coaches and others by players. The kids will tell you exactly whose calling them if you ask them. Most of our kids are like h-ll no, they are good where they are. I’ve always never posted kids names until that info is already out in the public domain. I give you enough to read in between the lines. We have two kids that started for us whose dads played at Shelby. Both kids had people trying to get them to Shelby last season. We were surprised that both came back. Find out who those kids are and ask their dads if you don’t believe me. This year it’s Crest and Charlotte schools. Next year it will be someone else. We lost four kids last year to other schools and had several kids blocked from transferring in under similar circumstances so they are being consistent, we just didn’t cry about it. I actually feel bad for the kid who was denied because he has to deal with the ramifications of his decision with his teammates and coaches. That locker room gonna be a cold place for a while. Truth be told we have two really talented young players behind him so it’s not about him the player because we gonna be good regardless. It’s about him the young man. The KM kid just got lumped into the Shelby to Crest conversation that’s happening to make a point from the Shelby viewpoint. You can get mad at the messenger all you want. We still gonna beat everybody in the county.

Well since you mentioned it, I am actually hearing that SP are strongly considering moving Blee to running back and starting the kid who backed Blee up this past season. The backup qb is a really good football player and it’s a way to get both on the field. Initially Blee was considering not playing football his senior year because of college baseball commitment but he decided to play. South Point will be really good next year and people not talking about them in 5A.

Im just feeding the thread, I had heard a while back JH was interested but of course the rumor mill is rampant all the time, if he stays there, moves here or moves to Crest he will be successful whereever... His dad was a beast at FB back in the day here.... Id love to see him in Blk and Old Gold but at the end of the day if he is Yellow and Blk (Yall aint gold no matter what you say) and Green abd puke yellow or Burns blue, just hope all these kids do well wherever... That Im being 100 about....
