Haven’t figure out conference schedule now having 5A/6a in same conference.
I would say KM will not be last game on schedule now being we are different classifications.
You would think maybe SP / Crest last game and Ashbrook /KM last week also
But who knows Gaston County is involved with all this so it will be mishandled
No one looks at Shelbys scoreboard after the kickoff in that weak conference🤣 they should ask to play up 2 classifications to avoid being in a trash conference but they want do it..
And you won't ask to play up either. That talking point is so stupid.
The Ashbrook/Huss game will be an impediment to Ashbrook/Kings Mountain playing in the last game of year.
I’ve heard about 2 of the 4 Crest non-conference opponents. Waiting to hear about the other two games.

Burns could have easily said let us play up with Crest and KM but they didn't they stay down in that treasure trove of garbage. Shelby will stay down there where they can never have a hard road. A cake walk. We all know it and they do too. We play 5a and 6a teams Why would we need to move up? We're 5a. Then couple that with what we're scheduling OOC and it becomes clear how stupid your argument is.
Reidsville has 6 nuts. Theirs and yours and Shelby's..........

Not yet. KM is looking for an AD so that may be slowing the scheduling process down some.
Rulz, I’m really not speculating. And I really don’t care. Well, I care, but only with regret for the day that young people began to feel the need to put their every thought, including their meals, on social media. But I’ll keep reading until I see one with some originality. And for that one, a standing O.
Can’t blame them, if that was the case. It was utterly ridiculous how underutilized that kid was, the best pure athlete on the team. You give an athlete like him 10 to 15 touches per game, minimum, whether it’s in the return game, jet sweeps, the wildcat, running back, or legit snaps at quarterback.
A typical stat line for Thompson would be 3 catches 44 yards, which was ridiculous considering his abilities. That said, his catching ability was a little inconsistent, in my opinion. One minute he makes a spectacular catch, the next play, it’s as if he has butter on his hands.
He is an interesting prospect, dynamic with the ball in his hands. He’s very fast, and he’s agile. But, he hasn’t shown himself to have great hands yet. He may be better suited for DB at the next level. He will be definitely playing on Saturdays in the future. Huge loss for Shelby!

Yeah. I can understand that. You’re correct most folks are eager to put their business out to a world that cares nothing about them.
I just don’t believe anyone from Crest hounded this kid. In the end he’s watching what college kids and everyone else does. He’s looking out for himself.
As he should. Crest has been on both ends of it. It’s just how it is these days.
Think the kid is gonna have a great summer and I can see him benefiting from playing in a conference where he has gotta bring it every week..

Huge loss for Shelby, I hope he does great at Crest, talented kid... At the end of the day as much as we all jaw over transfers and such I believe we all hope all our county kids do well...regardless of where they play....
Basically the difference between our conference and yalls is
Ours was the equate version
Yalls was the Laura Lynn version
For instance instead of Chef-Boyardee Spaghettios yall got Spaghetti Hoops in Meat sauce and ours just said Sketty-Oh's with natural flavors... slight step up but a step up nonetheless
