Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of you ragamuffins that blessed this page. It’s been a great year of trash talking and jokes. Really looking forward to realignment and what a new year will bring with each of our teams. The fact the all four teams will be in different classifications will allow Cleveland County a great opportunity to send multiple teams for state titles. I can’t wait. All of you stay upright and healthy my friends!!!

The Future is bright in Cleveland County but we are fooling ourselves if we don’t think the County teams need to level up are step it up a little..there is a bunch of great Coaches in NC and kids are buying in and CC gotta step up to the plate to remain a top notch County..
Just being honest. I read "wires" immediately when you typed "wars". My brain is contaminated somewhere between a dirty ankle skallywag and a can of pork brains. That flowed in my brain way too easy.

Washburns is great.. But you be careful they got a new 5 way stop there and I know you, and with that dust covered space where your brain is supposed to be gets mixed up in that, you'll sit there for hours trying to figure out who goes next...
If you do manage to get through there unscathed, keep heading south and make your way over to Forest City fish camp or Big Daves seafood.. Now were talking fine eatin'

4a/5a conference for two of our County teams
I’ve seen two different 6A conferences for KM and one 5A/6A split.
1. KM, Ashbrook, St Stephen’s, Freedom, South Caldwell, and Alexander Central
2. KM, Ashbrook, Charlotte Catholic, Harding, Sun Valley, Central Cabarrus, and Olympic (CMS wants to keep all of their 6A schools together so we will see) *no Berry Academy
3. 6A KM, Ashbrook 5A SP, Crest, NG, Cramer, FV, and Huss (Gaston County pushing for this conference)

That is what it all comes down to-who has the pull with the NCHSAA and the Realignment Committee to get what they want. Alot of times it comes down to who has representation or a friend on the committee.
