I am not going to kick them while they are down. I don’t have it in me this time. I like to give these goobers on here a hard time, but those kids up there have been through it. They deserve respect for hanging in there, with the injuries and all the changes that have taken place. I can’t make fun of any of that. I expect them to come to the SID and play their hearts out. They’ll leave all they have left, right there, on our grass. I have no doubt about that. Better times are ahead for those young men and that program.


Crest has to finish the job. Can’t get caught looking ahead to what might be. I’ll say it. There is NO reason for Crest to lose this game, but I’ve been around long enough to never, say never. Get on them early and put the foot on their neck. Get them out of there and make it quick.

Go to Church with a couple of the Burns kids... Man they give it all they got week in and week out... One never leaves the field.... feel bad for them and all they've been through this season

If we both take care of business Friday, next week will be a game for the ages.... Two very good teams going at it.. Family against family, friend against friend...as it should be...

Should be a classic, only make us both tougher for the playoffs win or lose....
 
And you should go ahead and start wearing purple.Keep winning please....Maybe the midgets should join Burns to make a game.

Burns will compete but just doesn't have the talent or numbers. Real shame about the Draughn game and I think East Rutherford that got away from them.
 
It will get ugly quick if ever thing goes as planned for the Chargers.I watched them against East last Friday on that stupid computer and I was very impressed with the size and speed of Crest.
 
We know what is ahead and even I can't talk junk this week. I have missed more games in person and try to watch online. Like I said, I tried to watch online. This is the worst season I have witnessed as a Burns fan. The 1-10 year was better than this. The kids have heart but it will be ugly Friday.

This game is a lose, lose for Burns. Not only will they get beat like a drum , but a couple of their best players will be on display to see if they need to be added at a later date.

The Burns talent will return. Everything is cyclical, Burns used to give us a great game every year. It will come back, Crest's talent is going to take a hard hit the next couple of years, but we'll be alright too. Next year I think will be more exciting IMO, I like being the underdog.

Yes this year has been worse than 2008. I wasn't nearly as invested in the program then and didn't go to the away games out of county but I believe the expectations for this year's team were higher than those of the 2008 team.
 
Burns will rise again. Once Burns overcomes low player turnout the Bulldogs will be great again.

How's Camp from East Rutherford doing, he was their best player and he moved all the way to Shelby? What about that kid from Burns on Shelby's team? How's he doing. What about your mom

I LOVE IT!!!! Why has a Crest vs. Shelby thread not been started yet? We should have started one of those at the beginning of the season!

Just to fill you in rulz....Camp came back two weeks ago, game before the bye....against Burns. He had 2 receptions for 103 yards and 2 tds. It was a very nice welcoming back. As far as I know, Hopper is supposed to come back the week we play YOU!

Man that game is gonna be EPIC. We've been playing each other since '68....this will be the biggest game ever because of what we are both bringing into it....(as long as we both handle business this week)...

I heard that Union is dominating elementary ball....sounds like Burns has some talent coming up the pipe. We need them back up....makes CleCo look better!

I knew I could get him stirred up with that dose of truth. Rulz is feeling good after that near Chase debacle. He's looked at the scores from when we played KM and East and has compared it to his beloved Chargers, so he's feeling good. I get it. I'm sure they are in the process of trying to find some DB's to help cover 5 WR's that can all run and catch.

Okay!. I have no problem with that. We're going to find out real soon. I can't wait for Lee to meet Justin Foster, he can tell HIM how big he is facemask to facemask.

Lee will be back there throwing short passes all night long. No way he stands back there and survey's the field. If he does have your back-up ready.

He's going to get PUNISHED!

You may want to continue do all those little sprint rollouts with Willie or else #44 may send him home to finish the game on Ustream.

Nope. They'll just punish your defense with Tre. It is weak... #44 is a beast but the rest of it, is mediocre.

The point was he isn't going to stand back there and survey. He can't! If he does he's going to get hurt. All he can do is throw short passes, and PLEASE DON'T BE IGNORANT. You'll be lucky to get to 21.
 
Short passes is what we do best. We've got 4 or 5 receivers who can take it to the house on you from anywhere. That's just the truth. Crest has faced NOTHING like Shelby so far this year.

Do you disagree? Do you think you've played a team with anywhere near the athletes that Shelby has? Cause if ya think that, you're just plain wrong. Listen, Crest is gonna be the best team we'll play this year, no doubt.

But here's the other half of that: Even if you win a state title, Shelby will be the best team you play this year.
 
I really have almost ruined all my fun on here meeting many of the posters and finding out they are really imposters. Too many have turned out to be fantastic people. I haven't even been able to crack on Crest91 after shaking his hand the day after I was cracking on him. But I did rubberneck behind my Costas his pretty little girlfriend in her tiny little white shorts. That's how we Newton perverts roll.

Just kidding! I haven't touched that little girl or her sister, always treat her with respect, treat her as Jesus would if he was dating her. Both of them are really gorgeous in my opinion though!

Thank you. That's all I wanted. We have a great game coming up. To me the biggest one ever. This needs to go old-school fan wise. Nothing but respect for your kids.
