Best offense in 2a East and West?

Yeah I guess your right I might get a t-shirt Beware of the Dogs
I was recently talking with Kevin Motsinger and we got on the subject of the playoff game a couple of years ago that I mentioned on here how they dominated us off the line. He talked about how when they got to West Craven they could hear hound dogs barking and running. I told him yea there's a pen a fellow has in the woods right behind the school where they run. Kevin said he used it as motivation that the dogs were a good omen. He told the team listen up fellas the dogs are here they know we have arrived! I told him if he ever comes back to Vanceboro to play us again those dogs will be shut up and muzzled!! 🤣🤣🤣

WRH will be tough to deal with. That offensive line is returning and fellas that is the key to their offense. I watch them a lot and their offensive line is coached as well as any I have ever watched. A couple of years ago they beat us in the playoffs and they beat our defensive line off the ball all night. Only team that did that all year. I watched them against Shelby in the championship and sitting up high it was easy to see the execution of that line. I expect them to be right there in the mix come Eastern Finals time.

If I was a friend of the coach, I would say the same thing about my friend's team, maybe not after a blow out like that, but most times I guess I would. Didn't you say you and the coach are friends?

Greetings Otis

How’s your teams (whoever that is) offense gonna be this year? What style to they run? Any good matchups your recommend attending? I’m Always open to checking out new schools, stadiums, teams. Of course then you’d have to tell me who your team is.

I honestly don't think he has a team. He probably moved to Nc from somewhere or something.

Coach Motsinger is an easy guy to like. He is passionate about his football. You have to understand that when dealing with him wether you are a rival or just a team that will play them occasionally as we do. I went to a WRH game years ago and met Dogs79 and olddog77 and the guys that regularly go with them. Great group of guys. So I try to go at least to one game each year and see them. We usually go out to eat before the game. You should join us. You would enjoy it. First game I went to we sat by Coach Motsingers parents. They heard I was from out of town and started talking to me. Really good people that I enjoyed talking to. There was also a retired highway patrolman there that use to work our area. He gave me a huge break one night when he could have gotten me for dwi. ( Dui now). So I enjoyed reconnecting with him and he has joined us for pregame meals. The next time I went to a game Coach Motsingers parents saw me and remembered me and I sat with them for a game. They stopped going during COVID. Hopefully they will return this year. Every time I talk to Kevin I ask about his parents. Kevin got burned and like to have lost one of his legs. I got shot years ago and almost lost my left leg. I guess you could say we connected on that. Yea I like him and consider him a friend. But that offensive line is still as good as I stated. All you have to do is watch film. Their execution on the line is what makes them so good. That is why only the very best teams are able to beat them.

Congrats to EDs Avery Gaby!!!! Won the state championship in the 300 hurdles today. Won the 110 hurdles state as a junior. Was MVP of the state championship game. One heck of a high school career.

I think he lives in Cleveland County. He knows a awful lot about CC football.

I know alot about Indpedence, Catholic, and Dudley football too.

...and a little about Bunker HIll

and the once area powerhouse East Meck overshadowed by Independence and Butler.
