I am still bamboozled over this score. This is a Big win for the young Cougars of Alexander Central.

Going to be a long year at Statesville

Statesville offense did not look good at all. Think they had 68 total yards with 3 turnovers. Alexander's offense wasn't much better.

He held on to the ball for way to long. Ac was able to get a lot of pressure on him. Statesville's score came on a long fumble return for a td

From what i was told Statesville had 2 good QB from a year ago that were under classmen and not playing this year. Don't know the story on that.

Yea the ole Hounds looked pretty bad Week 1 . For sure going to be a long year (as someone mentioned earlier ) if something don’t change on the offensive end. Good thing though it was just Week 1.
