Folks knew Brand from his West Meck days even before Indy, and MC. Then he solidified himself at WC. Had he and admin been able to see eye to eye he would have built a dynasty at West Charlotte.
Chambers lost a group of position coaches that just know Charlotte football. They knew who was transferring, who was a middle school baller, who was a youth ball baller, who trained who, where player X lived. They lived, ate, and slept football and had relationships with the players. For them to fall this bad there could be chemistry issues.
