Scrimmages

We didnt redo the field. Just a small section.
The field has always been great. Pit the piece pipe down.

Ain’t nobody said we shouldn’t help the enrolled kids in snowbird which I don’t have problem with one bit . But they should’ve thought a little more about and done the same for swain and Jackson county they got enrolled members to .
Probably because those kids live in Cherokee. Our kids live an entire county over and do not have any of the facilities Cherokee has. We have a crappy gym and a small weight room. Everything our community gets is a fraction of what Cherokee gets. We have been asking for new facilities and it’s still just a dream right now. If we had an equal voice maybe we could get some things down here.

I saw a schedule today and it does say Cherokee ,Hayesville, and Andrews at Robbinsville Friday..But it also said that last year and Cherokee didn't show, so they may have cancelled this year also.

Hey guys, I was just thinking about the money that was given to Robbinsville by Cherokee. I think it is an excellent idea and very generous of Cherokee. But I started thinking and you know Cherokee County has a casino and several Native American families, so what about you guys building the Dogs a new stadium with better seats, access, parking, scoreboard and lights? I am sure this idea has the people of Murphy very excited..............

The only difference is you’re going to exclude Andrews who is in just if not more desperate need. Robbinsville largest minority is Native kids but the same cannot be said for other schools. Cherokee County does have enrolled members but it vastly different than that of Graham whose services directly impact the community. It really is Apple to oranges.

One guy, you missed the point. Try again.

I personally think it’s dumb to schedule conference opp to scrimmage
Stupid thing I’ve ever heard of. I know you play everyone and don’t show everything but the other team can still figure out your strength & weakness. Andrews has a hard enough time as it is, we can’t afford to show anything in hopes we might sneak upon someone.

There will be a 4-team scrimmage today(Wednesday) at Silversteen Memorial Stadium beginning at 6pm.....The Tigers welcome Avery County, Thomas Jefferson and Enka....

Hopefully, any Thunderstorm will be over before the scrimmage begins...

Roar Tigers Roar!

I didnt. He said unz was buying speakers and light bulbs. You said it was $100,000.

Tonight's show in Robbinsville was brought to you by Anderson and Hooper.I would venture to say that both had 5 or 6 carries each for well over 300 yds. Both had tds for 75+yards

To the Robbinsville fans on here that told me I was going be surprised by Robbinsville, well you are right. Im shocked.

I guess I was gone when Anderson broke one. I didnt see him get but a few yards. Hooper broke a 75 yder and a 50 yder and a 30 yder before I headed out.

The first play of the "game situation scrimmage" Anderson went 80 yds for a TD

It was a hard scrimmage. Definitely gets us ready for Tuscola. My impression from last night is that both Mountain Heritage and Pisgah will have good teams that will compete for conference championships. My impression of Swain was that they were holding back on play calling and just running basic veer package. 80% of the plays were between the tackles. They had two a days this week and I think that also played a role especially up front. On a positive it showed where we need to work to be ready for a tough non conference schedule.
