The Rams have dominated the series and the schools have played every year except the COVID year. The Battle of Yadkin County will be at Forbush HS this year. New Starmount coach Greg Lloyd will be experiencing his first of two trophy games this year.

No matter whether it was 56-0 by either school, what a fun game to officiate. It was like a college atmosphere. I had that game many times over the years.
 
Starmount should win big again. Forbush is awful. I fully expect starmount to come out and play to their full potential for the first time this year and build momentum for the rest of the season.

Congratulations. Starmount is headed in the right direction under this new coach. Will be tough come end of season.
Won't be that tough if that defense doesn't get better. It's no where. Lose to being good enough to win against anybody middle of road and up. I'd be head on a swivel for Allegheny if I was you.
