Avery is pitiful! I believe they have the right head coach, the problem is that he can't bring in and assemble his own coaching staff. Avery has to share all funds with all other sports. In other words Football and Basketball fund everything else. Averys youth program also needs a complete over hall. The current Athletic Director needs to go and take most of the current coaching staff with them. Let the head coach build his own coaching staff and fix the program from top to bottom.
