This definitely will be a good one. I take Dudley in a close game. Sets up for rematch against Hickory.
These two programs deserve each other….only it should be in the 4a playoffs
Going to be a good game. My thought is Dudley offense. Have to do a better job running the football to open up the passing game . With all that speed they should be able to throw the ball effectively. Their defense is solid as a rock. Hard to run or throw against them. I got dudley by 12.
This is a very interesting game. Two powerhouses on both sides of the ball. I picked Dudley as state champions in the pre season and still think it’s possible but also watched them held to 0 points for 3 1/2 quarters last week. Good corners can slow Dudley down.
WC has been battle tested this year and blew their team out last week.
I still don’t know who to pick but I’m starting to think WC may have a slight edge.

Match ups. They just beat a team on the road who put up 41 on Kings Mountain and Kings Mountain beat Crest. I don’t think any of it will matter Friday between WC and Dudley.
I think any team that beats KM that bad is more than decent. This is why I wish they would’ve gotten another draw so they could show how good they are or could be potentially still playing. Dudley is just a bad match up for Robinson.
Many many many penalties and bone head playing . I was at the game it was an awful display of football and trust me Coach Davis addressed that after the game.
JMR lead 3.5 quarters, and one touchdown Dudley got is clearly out of bounds on the videos. I admit that free 7 isn’t enough to take the win but that was a game! JMR also had a WR wide open by 5+ yards who just dropped and walk in touchdown, and a snap to their kicker not make it to the holder for 3.
Dudley knows they played JMR…Bulldogs were a player away from playing this Friday.
