Exactly 364 days ago, the Wolves played Cramer for the first time and we were beaten soundly 40-7.
Looks like our recent history with them is set to repeat itself, at least on paper.

Simmons, whose skills I respect has the Storm picked by 24 and has us ranked at an humble 50th in 2A with a power rating of 97.8, but hey, we are eight tenths of a Point above the 51st spot held by Martha’s Vineyard, you know them better as Eeeeeeeast Lincoln.

Friends, last year was tough. We finished at 6-7 and got bounced from the playoffs in the second round by South Columbus 47-14. Our defense reminded me of a couple of books I knew, back when I could see: “Nectar in a sieve” and “Things fall apart”. I hope to hell this year is better, but if not, I’ll still love the Wolves. “I said what I said and I said what I meant an elephant faithful one hundred percent” (Remember, “Horton hatches the egg”).

Frankly, I think we might surprise some and be a little better than expected. We don’t have much size but we do have some speed. Maybe we’ll be alright.

Oh, a special thanks to one of my favorite sports personalities, Richard Walker of the Gaston Gazette, for picking us to win, tonight.

BFR, I worked the night shift. Hope you find a good game to go to. I think I’ll go over and watch the Wolves.

Folks in the Chair City will be pulling for the Wolves. Best of luck on a good year to one of the state’s proudest programs. And one of the state’s finest fans.

To OC Davis, TJT and the Great Thomasville nation, good luck against another fine tradition in Albemarle.
We have Stuart Little, at home, tonight.

I honestly have no clue what to expect from us tonight, we can be either really good or really bad imo. Not having our starting oline together for the scrimmage wasn't ideal in order to create some chemistry. Our depth concerns me seeing that we have a lot of guys going both ways and it's gonna be hot. I look for us to start off somewhat slow but pick up steam as the season goes on and hopefully be primed for a run in the playoffs. Key tonigjt will be the oline giving Littlejohn and company some running lanes to work with. We have some impressive running backs but just like last year against SC, I worry about the line of scrimmage. Go Wolves

Good luck to the wolves, and great to hear from the infamous “lincolnton”. Stuart Cramer is going to be a tough out for anyone this year, the big te/slot is a stud.

Capitalizes Stuart Cramer...uses lower case for Wolves and Lincolnton...refers to Lincolnton as "infamous"...

A little early for triple-shade, eh dplubo?

Martha's Vineyard... LoL

Lincolnton if you are a believer, pray for me. This post has nothing to do with football, but since I don’t have ur number or FB messaged this is the only way. I appreciate it man and for anyone that sees this that may be a Christian. Hope to see ya at a game one night. I’ve met Beamer and another but that’s it.

BFR, I’ll surely pray for you..All the best whatever the situation might be. I’m certainly a believer and You got my prayers..One of my prayers is that you can be strong. God Will be with you.

Dplubo, thanks for saying something. Good luck against the Jaguars, tonight.
You are East Lincoln’s only HC to beat the Wolves in your first outing against us . Hope that won’t become a habit.

Even worse than the score, after 42 years the band does not have the bell with them. Something about the Navy, who has loaned us this bell has changed their guidelines for use.

Final score Cramer 44 Lincolnton 6. Tough night for the Wolves. Cramer beat us up in every way.
Congratulations to the storm.
Heads up, guys.
Good to hear from Sasha.

I think we'll be okay once conference rolls around. Lack of offensive creativivity is concerning and I think we need to switch to the traditional triple option but I'm not the coach. Move on and get ready for the Red Raiders.
