Well that time again.
Been going over to practice, and like most thought this maybe year lions are having to grow,and be down a bit.
But after seeing this team practice, i gotta think they can be explosive, man skill players all over the place.
Ob looks sharp throwing, but need to see how he reacts when D comming after him.
Oline look big, and coachrs say should be improved from last yr.
Defense look big at LB position, and DBs and safteys are and will be some of best in State.
De look good, just wanna see line play really on both sides.
Shelby has 6-7 recs and can go deep at RB too.
Fri. Will be great test, ready to get going.

With a super tough schedule again that will tell a lot about this Shelby team in the first month.So much will depend on the O line.

 

[Realville Shelby]

O line really needs to play well for Shelby to have success. Also receivers were pretty young last year so hopefully they will step up this year. Coaching needs to call shorter pass routes sometimes at least till O line shows what they can do. Then again you can say this about most every team.

Several players get the chance to step up and be "the man" this year. A very tough schedule that features #3 (AC Reynolds), #7 (Kings Mtn), and #8 (Crest) in the preseason 3A AP Poll and #3 (South Point) and #7 (Mt. Pleasant) in the preseason 2A AP Poll.
