Suspended six games for violation of NFL substance abuse policy.

How many more chances should he get?

This stems from last season. Not a new problem. The NFL waited until now to give him the punishment. I thought him sitting out all last season would count, but I guess not. Sort of crappy if you ask me. The 49ers GM said he has done everything the team has asked of him and they knew going in this was a possibility.

Also said he is welcome back in camp once the 6 games is complete

Hope he makes it. SF needs another wide receiver and Jerome can help.
