Need Cobb back as well. The loss of redd has been underestimated as wellRumblings are that Flippen and Neal will be back, don't know how true that is but it is much needed.
Cobb should be because he was going to play tonight but he decided not to after going through warm-upsWill any people be back healthy next week?
Yea we will lose by 30 if we bring this kind of play next week. If not for Widerman and Kendre Reidsville would be 0-3.
They will be ok once they get everyone back. But right now it seems they lack chemistry. With what Reidsville has on the field right now, no way they win states. Only chance is if Cobb, flip and Neal are back.

Some stats:
First Downs - Reidsville 14, RC 16
Total Yards - Reidsville 330, RC 285
Turovers - Reidsville 2, RC 3
Offensive plays: Reidsville 48, RC 56
Penalties: Reidsville 10-119, RC 1-15
Individual:
Reidsville - Paul Widerman 8 carries 1`20 yards, 1 TD; Al Lee 12-of-22 for 198 yards (first two interceptions on the season); Kendre Harrison 4 catches, 120 yards, 2 TDs, Cam Jones 7 catches for 77 yards; Tyrese Turner 2 sacks.
Rockingham - Brice Baker 27 carries, 127 yards, 2 TDs, 13 of 22 passing for 139 yards; Maleek Bryant 7 receptions, 94 yards.
This will make the Wiz very, very happy as his DarkHorses will be a solid #1.If we don’t play better next week it will be ugly
Of course you always assume the worse with injuries, LOL! Only injured player who may be questionable to take the field next Friday at Eastern Alamance will be Paul Widerman.I saw the Rams tonite for the first time and left underwhelmed to say the least...Reidsville is a long ways from being a top ten team...Offense has potential but the defense is missing something..............Injuries are a big factor but good teams have to find a way...we'll see........still hearing conflicting reports on whether a couple of players will be back any time soon....................
Cam Jones looks like the most polished outside WR the Rams have had in years...Its showing why he has that D1 offer from Boston College in the ACCCam jones as well

Yeah, he reminds me of Jerome Simpson or something. With flips return it should open even more with him and Kendre. I think we have more defensive concerns than offense. Offense issues are mostly injuries. Defense needs to be more physical.
Even when Flippen returns, Jones is the best receiver on that team.
I'm not disagreeing. But, defenses will have trouble trying to contain them all. We need Flip for the secondary, no one is coming up and making plays.
Rockingham is not that good, issue is Reidsville interior D line Isn’t that good. They have no dogs in the middle and they got exposed. If that same group is on the field next week they will lose. As far and them Rankin brothers manning the middle at Lb and D-Line they’re gone can’t teach that kind of game leadership and mentality time for someone to step up. But like I said it can’t be taught. I maybe wrong but I think that the Rankin brothers Breon Pass group were the last ones to come out the Reidsville Rec that could explain a lot.
With the conference being little down outside of Reidsville they will have time to get healthy before playoffs. They can win the conference without these injured players most likely.
I was impressed with Widerman in the championship. That kid was 💯 effort on every play. Seem to be a leader by example.Injuries are the major issue for Reidsville ... if Widerman is out for an extended period with the foot injury that will be a huge blow to the team's chances. The young players will have to grow up quickly.
Andrews is 2-1 and has some of the fastest players in the state. Correy McManus won the 2A state track 100-meter dash (beat Paylor of Cummings) and he teamed with Ja'Neil Harris and Jeremiah King on the 4x100 state champ relay team.North Forsyth seems to be very improved though

The same Andrews that put up 6 points on 1A Thomasville? Your teenagers will be fine in conference. Playoffs could be interesting.Yeah I was going to mention them as well

Sorry I’m supposed to be over on 1A board but like to check on a couple of teams every now and again.
Playing on Thursday means the Rams coaches can scout their next opponent in person (Eastern Alamance next Friday). Which they did against Northern Guilford Friday night. The coach made a good point in the newspaper concerning the flatness from the Rams...
"short week playing on a Thursday"
Maybe moving the game for reasons unbeknownst to anyone backfired a tad bit? The player may have taken that as a sign that it was a meaningless game against an inferior opponent. Kudos to Coach Baker for having his troops motivated, something you havent seen from the Rams this year. Or last. Or the year before.
Toughest game for y’all rest of year is probably next week. EA looks like same team as last year as far as personnel and execution. Good luck to the Rams.Yeah, but they still seem to be better than they were last year.
It’s about the gate, Money. Friday of Labor Day weekend isn’t the optimum time for high school football. The coach made a good point in the newspaper concerning the flatness from the Rams...

Yes, it was quite sporting for the Cougars to show such compassion and care for their neighbors.Well good thing the home team moved the game for the Rams to do that....
