28-0 after 1st qtr....35-0 at half...Rams score in first 30 seconds of 3rd qtr to make it 42-0....Running clock rest of the way....Rams did it running and throwing....except for a couple of turnovers...Reidsville looked very sharp..

Both QB's looked good. I think Jackson is a little better, but we are in good hands next year with Wilson.
I agree jackson looked better more seasoned you can tell he knows the system I would say more than a little better surprised to see Wilson come in so early he will be back next year jackson payed his dews let him have his time never seen that happen before....
Reidsville always look good against McMichael. They're suppose to blow them out. Mcmicheal and Rockingham games dont impress me at all, those games give you false security. I agree about justin jackson comment, let him have this all to himself he has earned it. The back up QB should come in like any other back up. (In the 4th QTR) after the game has been decided.
yes, qb 15 started, but that doesn't mean qb 18 is the backup. It appears to me that they are sharing snaps pretty evenly. They might need both to beat the better teams.
I think they both bring certain things to the table that helps the team overall. I don't think there are big egos in either one. From what Im hearing from players, they are both well liked.
Jackson was 8-12 passing and Wilson 7-14.....both with over 100 yards passing...Jackson with 2 TD's passing...I think we are in great shape..............................

You are correct. we went 0-3 last year against real competition. Only good thing about the McMicheal game is its a good game to start off with but nothing to beat our chest about. HP Andrews, NG, and NWG are the only games Im looking for too, other than the playoffs, because those 3 non conf games are the measuring sticks
Shelby had a great win vs. Freedom (where the hell is that...lol....actually I know it's in Morganton)...McMichael is in Rockingham County near the communities of Madison and Mayodan...before they consolidated with 1A Stoneville years ago it was Madison-Mayodan...never much in football...great in basketball...McMichael won the 2A State baseball title a few years ago...been around since 1989......Big money gate for both schools and they have never beaten Reidsville nor given them any semblance of a close game...........Reidsville in a very short time will play 3 very tough foes in a row......HP Andrews....Northern Guilford and NW Guilford........................

Yeah I'd add Morehead on the list, they gave us a pretty good game last year. I don't think anyone is beating their chest about that win. I actually wish we could drop mcmicheal off the schedule, but since its a county game we can't I guess. But I also agree with ramking

The team worked hard and beat another high school football team..a 3A team that many said would shred our young secondary that had 0 starters returning..give them some credit..geesh
To win a state title you have to beat quality competition. Mcmicheal and Rockingham is a game you use to get the kinks in your offensive/defensive system worked out. Morehead will be a tougher game than Mcmicheal and Rockingham (a game we can't sleep on) but it's a game we need right before we head into what I call a brutal 3 game stretch of real competition. It's very important that we beat HP Andrews because a lost to them (even if we win the conference) will kill us in the seeding because they are 2A team.
Doesn't make any difference whether a loss is to a 2A team, a 3A team, a 4A team, or a 1A team. Seeding is based on total won loss record.
