Question for Tarboro fans

With y'all getting a bye I was wondering how do you feel about 2 weeks in a row with no game?
I don’t personally like it but I’m not sure how much it will affect the team. Should have two “warm up” games before they have to play Pender, who I think will bring some competition.

Mount Airy folks are hoping they'll put Eastern Randolph back in the east :) besides tarboro Mount Airy games. Too best games I've seen are Eastern and Mount Airy the last two years

While not ideal, it does give the kids a chance to get healthy and recover from any bumps and bruises. Anyway, the Vikings will likely have boring blowout games with a running clock in their first couple of playoff match ups. They won't get tested early on and the layoff won't matter.

The better question is who does Tarboro hope to see in the championship game?

It’s understandable to have reservations about introducing new strategies or changes, especially when the impact on team dynamics is uncertain. Having at least two “warm-up” games before facing Pender seems essential to gauge how the team adjusts and performs under the new setup. These warm-up games could provide valuable insights into player roles and strategies, allowing the coaching staff to make informed decisions before the crucial match.

Honestly, it doesn’t bother me. Actually playing in the system & knowing the coaches the way I do they’ll have them prepared & ready to go. We’re not the only ones that’s had two weeks off. Wilson Prep & North Duplin are in the same boat. If I was a fan of them then I’d be a little worried but not much

As a fan, I wish we were playing. I think the coaches and players are grateful for the time to heal the bumps and bruises and use the 2 weeks for good practices. I know they have a plan in place to maximize the 2 weeks without a game. Personally, I am headed to Weldon Friday so I can see the next opponent in person...and have a game to attend lol.
