In my predictions yes. As it stands now...PG only has a 0.00247 lead over Monroe. That is easily erased and overtaken by Monroe beating a 6-3 Forest Hills team because PG's presumable victory over a 3-7 Wheatmore team is going to hurt them more than help them. My predictions give Monroe a new RPI of 0.62181 (was 0.60162) and PG a 0.60400 (was 0.60409).Monroe gonna jump Providence Grove and Hendersonville??

We are too! Bearcat. One day away from knowing what's what. I'm interested to see how it all shakes out
Everyone knows about Salisbury. One of the favorites to win it all for sure.People might see Salisbury down at 12 and think nothing about it…but let me tell you about them boys they BADNEWS!!!
Who?😜😜😜Everyone knows about Salisbury. One of the favorites to win it all for sure.
Man you have about nailed it barring upsets tonight. Locally some interesting matchups possible if SWR hosts Polk, and Providence Grove hosts Lincolnton. Lincolnton in particular is a tough tough draw, the Wolves are always tough. Great football over in yalls area.Who?😜😜😜

Ha ha I know better than that. And in more sports than just football. We're the best mediocre teams you've ever seen
My friend, please take no offense, but we in this conference don't want to play Maiden again, either. Can I get an Ouch ! from last week.😵We are too! Bearcat.
For the record….I’d rather play any of the top 10 in the first round….than playing our own conference teams again Ugh!
If Grizz’s prediction holds true…we could potentially play our own conference teams in the first 2 rounds! Double ugh!😔
Hendersonville played Patton on Tuesday and won 70-20... their ranking has already dropped by playing them....I had it when I was working on brackets it was .63040 it dropped to what it is now after the game... so it shouldn't drop again by beating Patton...In my predictions yes. As it stands now...PG only has a 0.00247 lead over Monroe. That is easily erased and overtaken by Monroe beating a 6-3 Forest Hills team because PG's presumable victory over a 3-7 Wheatmore team is going to hurt them more than help them. Same goes for Hendo, their RPI of 0.62865 will drop due to playing Patton who is 2-6. I have Hendo's new RPI coming in at 0.62023 (drop of 0.00842), with Monroe gaining 0.02019 in RPI (in my predictions), this sets them at 0.62181 as stated above. This gives them an edge of 0.00158.
In reality that isn't a whole lot at all...a difference of an opponent having 1 extra win somewhere. Monroe not playing a full schedule has helped them immensely, being able to avoid bad opponents has helped their RPI. Take my Maiden Blue Devils for example, we have two teams that are winless and count as a 0.00000 winning percentage in our calcs...without those we could be way higher in RPI. All Maiden can do is hope that Fred T Foard beats St Stephens this Friday and that West Caldwell beats East Burke, that'll get rid of our 0's in our equation. That would make them both 1-9, which would be factored in as 1-8 since we're one of their losses, and accounting for that would increase our RPI to 0.66869 (+ 0.01). Which in the grand scheme of things here wouldn't change any seeding at all. But in most places up and down the chart here an increase of 0.01 changes things for a lot of people.
Here are my top 20 teams in 2A according to my RPI, based off my predictions and re-calculating the RPI:
1 SHELBY 0.70414 2 EAST SURRY 0.67097 3 PRINCETON 0.66915 4 EAST DUPLIN 0.66101 5 MAIDEN 0.65869 6 NORTHEASTERN 0.65366 7 REIDSVILLE 0.65009 8 WALLACE-ROSE HILL 0.64506 9 WHITEVILLE 0.64060 10 MONROE 0.62181 11 HENDERSONVILLE 0.62023 12 SALISBURY 0.61877 13 ST. Same. At supper club last night our boys were saying they REALLY want Reidsville because of all the junk they talk. I hope they get their wish!I'm a simple man I don't ask for much but I really wanna see Reidsville vs Shelby 😂. Mainly for the comments lol.
If it happens I'm multitasking that night. Watching tarboro play and watching that game lol. The trash talk alone will be worth it lolSame. At supper club last night our boys were saying they REALLY want Reidsville because of all the junk they talk. I hope they get their wish!
Still can't figure out how Reidsville and those Durham teams are in the west. Those schools are way out in the eastern half of the state.I'm a simple man I don't ask for much but I really wanna see Reidsville vs Shelby 😂. Mainly for the comments lol.
Some years Reidsville goes west and some years they go east. It's nchsaa they love Messing things up lol.Still can't figure out how Reidsville and those Durham teams are in the west. Those schools are way out in the eastern half of the state.

Yes he is.Question for Reidsville fans I'm rewatching the 2005 2-aa state title game and they mentioned the QB name was Eric Teague. Is he coach Jimmy teagues son? If so I never knew he had a son that played football.
Oh ok he was a pretty good QB.Yes he is.
Somebody had to get up to go to the bathroom!! 🤣🤣🤣lol....some of you need a little geography lesson....Durham is 60 miles east of Reidsville.....Reidsville is in the NW Piedmont of N.C.
He was ok, that was a third round team that year but somehow managed to get to the ship. Seems like I remember him throwing 1 or 2 bad ints in that game. Anyways he has been the OC for Reidsville for several years now. Seems to be getting better with age, he's probably around 33 yrs old now.Oh ok he was a pretty good QB.
I don't remember anyone saying that last year?Same. At supper club last night our boys were saying they REALLY want Reidsville because of all the junk they talk. I hope they get their wish!
Became starting quarterback at Methodist where he ranked third all time in career passing yards with 3,395... Ranked third all time in career passing completions with 297... Holds the fourth spot all time for career passing touchdowns with 16... Earned USA South Honorable Mention honors... Named Methodist Scholar Athlete and USA South Academic All-Conference.Oh ok he was a pretty good QB.

How did this happen last year?South Granville will be seeded as conference champion
YEP….ripple effect!….we’re gonna have to replay it!😂Great job on this but I do have one question. How confident are you in South Granville being seeded as a wild card? Big difference in that seed for them as well as other teams (WRH) as it would have a ripple effect.
Other projections I have seen have SG with the #1s?
1ST 2nd or 3rd and/or at least 0.500 record to be seeded as a 1CC.YEP….ripple effect!….we’re gonna have to replay it!😂
FOUL!!!
You had them at wild card last year in your projected bracket….but….they were seeded as a conference champion.1ST 2nd or 3rd and/or at least 0.500 record to be seeded as a 1CC.
South G is a wild card currently
Last year they finished 3rd in their conference...I was wrong bc I assumed with a loosing record thatv3rd didn't matterYou had them at wild card last year in your projected bracket….but….they were seeded as a conference champion.
I want to know why?…are we misinterpreting the rule?
Owen was 4-6 last year as well…and yet…they were not seeded as a conference champion.
Why?
So the only thing that makes sense….is the rule is miswritten…..it must be ”or” not “and/or”.Last year they finished 3rd in their conference...I was wrong bc I assumed with a loosing record thatv3rd didn't matter
Or….the seeding committee made a mistake. So the only thing that makes sense….is the rule is miswritten…..it must be ”or” not “and/or”.
