Prayers for the Benji and Allen Brown Family

Please keep the Brown family in your prayers. Allyson Brown, 14 year old daughter of Benji and granddaughter of Allen, died this morning when she collapsed while practicing cross country at Southern Guilford. If you know anything about the Browns, you know how closely knit the family is.
So tragic for some wonderful people.


I have met both of the Brown gentlemen one time. Such a tragic thing to happen to such a great family. Our prayers are with the family, community, and students who love Allyson Brown. May our Lord comfort all the lives Allyson touched. Catawba County sends their prayers.

So sorry to hear that. The Brown family has long been a family of "givers". They have given the time, energy, money and love to many young men over the years. Words cannot express my sorrow for them.
