Statesville chose their poison and played to stop Hickory's passing. Stober still was 15-18 for 189 yards and 2 tds. Isaiah Lackey controlled the game for Hickory with his 28 carries, 173 and 3 rushing tds.

Statesville had them Hickory boys sweating for a little while lol till Statesville did Statesville things. Congrats on the win they got a real Nice team especially on offense …I think there defense may be a little sketchy but they got a nice team for sure

Statesville lost this more than Hickory won. But honestly I'm not mad. This conference is one of the most under rated conferences in the state. I expect the top 4 teams to get to the 3rd round

Mount Pleasant is a program you should never take likely. They have given Forest Hills some great games in years past.
