Patsfball you talked trash about Asheville this year and I didnt appreciate it either. So I am going to laugh hysterically knowing not only that we are 4-0 against y'all's pathetic joke of a program, but I'm also going to laugh at your team for getting a one seed with a major D1 runningback and then losing in the second round a year after losing to a 13 seed in the first round. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA I hope you've learned your lesson.

I'm a freedom and I have gotten tired of him myself How he has bashed our coach for two years and doesn't have the guts to reveal who he is. I don't post on here because of the position I am in and my affiliation with the program. The reason I said those two are the same person is have u ever noticed how everything the post is almost the same??
Lol I'm just playing. I don't have any sort of problem with freedom. Actually the year we won the state championship freedom gave us a pretty good game. I just wanted to give some s_it to patsfball for talking trash to us this year when for one, we beat them four times in a row from 05-08 and we werent even going to play them

You are very funny. Let me tell you something right now, you are going a little too far and what is wrong with working at Wal Mart. I happened to have lost my job there for some reasons I'm not going to name on here. All I asked is who you were. Why are you so defensive, are you afraid that u could get in trouble if someone found out who you were?

We are cool. I remember the 2005 team and that Game. It was a very tough game and I think that asheville team is one of the best I have ever seen.
They had Forestview beat in the 2nd rd and let the game slip away. That was under 1st year coach Hardin then he left for a SC job. He took porter ridge to the finals several when he was there and probably could have got freedom there eventually but morganton will never know. It's a shame to see all that talent not make it past the 2nd rd in 3 years.
Gardin, Bridges, and Moore all three signed off of the 2013 team. Plus, Emmons and Hawkins were on that 2013 squad. Plus some others that I probably don't know about. I saw Gardin making plays for A&T on t.v. last week. 2013 was the year.
Maybe it's not the high school program's fault. Perhaps you have idiots in the middle school program or stupid Dads, instead of real coaches, in your yourth programs. I don't know... just wondering. Or maybe you're just better than everyone else in your conference, but not really that good overall.
Well I feel we had a good team. I know the conference is not great but it is not really our fault who we have to play in the conference. And we are made play Draughn and East Burke, Shelby was a good test to open the season with. We lost to a very good team Friday night who I will not be surprised if they are playing in Chapel Hill in a couple of weeks.
It really was loaded. In all honesty, 2011-2015 teams were all loaded. Man, we just
seem to struggle come playoff time. Most are blaming HC but we haven't
gone much further with the other coaches. I personally despise this offense/play calling
but that is just my preference. I know the players and coaches worked hard
and hate to see it end like this. Some very good young men on this team and
several good coaches/men on the sideline. The heart of Freedom is and always
will be to come back and try it again next year!
Patsfball, your team had a great year. You won the games you were supposed to win.Enjoy it for what it was.Your weak conference and all those big blowouts gave you and your fans a false sense of hope for the playoffs. South Point has the same inflated hopes due to winning the pitiful Big South. Their season will end against Kings Mountain. To be a top tier team in the state you need to be more than a one trick pony. (BJ Emmons, Redbone) Come on down to Cleveland County next Friday. You have your choice of 3 potential state championship teams to watch.

Sometimes u eat the eat bear and sometimes the bear eats you. It was a good year and there are probably a lot of teams who would love to have had a record of 64-10-1 over a 6 year span along with 3 conference championships, and a regional final appearance . I'm proud of the kids and what they have done, wish it could have been more but u cant change things. You cant help it who is in your conference and when u have to play two county teams who have struggled the last few years.
