I want to congratulate the Greyhounds on their 2 and 0 start to this season.Since all the publicity and talk has been about the Greyhound offense,I want to give a shout out to the defense who have played very well this season and spent roughly 80 percent of the 1rst half on the field friday night so way to go Greyhounds Varsity football Team.

And the separation begins
No there is no separation as the whole team gets along great and praises each other,I was merely talking about our local media not other players coaches or fans.We are as united as a North Surry team has ever been.

North Surry 45 to 12 their offense is to much for East and their Defense will shut down the Cardinals

North may very well win, but I highly doubt they shut down the Cardinals...I look for it to be a close, high scoring contest.

I just don't see East having enough playmakers on offense to hang with North. To score with North, East will have to rely on their passing attack and I think that plays into Norths favor with their defense. The linebackers and D line will put the pressure on and the DBs will do the rest. This could end up being uglier than the Elkin game.

You need to start planning for Atkins because you're not going to beat West either. Haha

Sounds like a Newbie with the name "escard" is not an East Surry fan. I have seen both teams play and it will not be a NS blowout, not sure who will win, but do not believe it will be a blowout.

I will say that this will be the best game in the area, but as an honest NS fan I will also say this will not be a blow out! This will be a close game and will come down to the coaching!

Where are you guys at? Huge game this week and nothing out of the NS camp so far? You guys fought till the end Saturday, so no need to hang your heads over nothing. Havent saw ma yet but I was impressed with the fight in the Greyhounds. Hopefully y'all can take the chic-fil-a trophy home to toast this year.

Go Big Red!!
