Maybe sometimes when kids move to another school, people should stop and evaluate why? In some cases it is crazy parents or delusional kids that believe they are better than they are. Not referring to the case you mentioned above but sometimes legit reasons exist:
If a coaching staff is not willing to be "ALL IN" to improve a program
If a coaching staff does not reach out to college coaches about players who could play at some level
If the Administration does not support athletics
If no improvements to facilities, equipment, etc. ever happen
If you aren't about getting things better, you may want to stop and re-evaluate the "whys" of why you coach.
