I can tell Shelby fans after seeing Franklin play the last couple of years,Heritage fans and players can't compete with the Franklin crowd you will see Friday night...You better believe it! You're lucky you guys aren't playing these teams at their place. Not only are the players hostile, the fans are, too. They would give your players hell, an earful, in the pregame. You have to prepare your players to be tough skinned, and best believe you're down 7 points, before even getting off the bus. I've been at these games, and felt the refs were influenced by the hostility of the crowd.
I would say around 15 miles. Not far at all. Being a lefty who has problems with the hook sometimes I'm not a fan of the layout. Beautiful course, I like feeding the fish on 2's teebox.Burnsville is home of one of my all-time favorite golf courses -- beautiful Mount Mitchell GC.
How far is that from the Mountain Heritage campus?
Someone seems a bit butt hurt. You'll be a little more butt hurt when we sweep your "sorry asses" in basketball for the 4th year in a row.Heritage has never played Shelby in Burnsville, y
Avery fan calling a Heritage fan a redneck, you are just jealous that MH beats your sorry ass every year lol.

I'll be the first to admit that our football program is terrible and that I shouldn't have brought up basketball on a football board. No one from Avery will go to Heritage as the distance between the two schools are 45 minutes away. We're purely a basketball school and are ok with that. Once again I'm sorry that I said that but good luck to all WNC teams tonight.Who cares about high school basketball, this is a football board, can see why you brought basketball up since your football program is terrible, don't be surprise some of your better athletes will be in Burnsville next season.
Their wins must have been against other mountain teams. How in the world is mountain heritage 11-1?...
