Mountain 6 Week 10

Pisgah Bear I have included the current one and we still have no one qualifying to even be listed on the wnc leaders in rushing or receiving, so I'm not sure what you were talking about.
I really liked that South Point option attack a few years ago. I think its the perfect offense for a team like Pisgah with typically shorter lineman and a lack of elite athletes most years. If you love physicality, which our bears typically do it can put up a lot of points. Maybe down the road we could see it. Looking forward to watching the Bears tomorrow night put everything together and beat the Bear out of those Cats.

Pisgah has the athletes usually to run triple option ,you need smaller athletic linemen not the big slow ones like they usually have.

All the pisgah fans I know are so disappointed, they all talk about how bad the offense is. After their scrimmage if you remember I told everyone that your line is bad. I got call everything, for being honest. Now listen up if the coaching staff dont make some changes you will not win your conf, and you will be knockout in the 1 round of the playoffs. I will be in Canton for the hendo game.looking forward to seeing the bears live.
Look Pisgah fans... Mr.dud gets the night off from Burger King to come watch the bears play .... Tell me....Which Pisgah fan is overjoyed that such a prestigious guest like Mr.dud will be in Canton Friday night... I sure am... Maybe he'll wanna chat in person with one of us.. I hope he's ready to get his growl on!

After game six number 10 is listed with 217 yds
Game seven at Smoky he got -83 yds
Game eight East -136 yds
If my math is right that's 436 and he should be listed
But as I said before for some reason the Citizen don't update Pisgah stats.
Don't know if Pisgah doesn't turn them in each week or some other reason.
Our QB is listed and has over a thousand yards
Last years at this time we were 5-3 .So I would say the coaches and the kids are doing a pretty good job.

That is the same offense (with a few minor tweaks) that Shelby ran for years, Tuscola ran it for the last 4 years under coach Pursley. He won 260 ish games with that attack in the strongest 3A league in the state. Never had one single losing season with it until he came to Tuscola his first year. Hibriten won a title with it SP won with it, and numerous other teams in all classifications over the years used it to great effect. You need a good fullback, speed on the wings, a qb that can make correct decisions, and a legitimate threat to pass downfield for this offense to work at its best. In 2016 Tuscola had all that, and did well around here until they GOT to that South Point team which ran the same offense. This proves that at some point in every season with every team it comes down to Johnny vs Jimmy, no matter what offense is being used. The biggest advantage of that offense is that not every team uses it which presents some problems to defensive line coaches who must teach different schemes for just one or two games per year, as compared to the spread which seems as every single team around here is using. Another interesting offense is the version that MT Heritage (and now NB runs) it can be even MORE effective than the double wing, if NB can run it and win 6 or 7 games, and Heritage can take it to a state title game. I dont even know what that offense is called but it is very effective.

I am sure that you see more than just Fords when you are working at the Burger King drive thru
Tell your friends to bring their 5.0 mustang of f150 in I will fix their tick. I know more about automobiles then football can you believe that

I'm not speaking negatively of any player! The guy under center is very talented, but with a line thats sometimes "holy" and no experience at the varsity level, I would want someone who can escape that pressure and has shown he can be effective. (thrown for 50 tds the last two years dude) #3 may have been okay with it at the beginning with promises of long td passes and being able to score from all over the field, but I doubt hes too excited after hes realized that hes not getting the ball, except on jet sweeps and the occasional pass. It's not just him though, I went to look up the receiving stats on the huddle, but none of our players were listed because you have to have over 325 yards to qualify. These are basic statistics, and if you can't handle that then there is no use having a discussion. Look at Reynolds with the kid down at SC a few years ago. Reynolds realized they didn't have anyone to get him the ball, so they made sure he always had it in his hands by putting him at qb. It opened up things for everyone else and they had an explosive offense. Now I know the kid at Reynolds was a better athlete, but I think it would be a similar affect in our offense and would help to get #13 and #5 more involved in the air too.

Like I said, I'm not going to talk bad about our players, but I have yet to hear any actual breakdown of what needs to improve on our team if we want to make a playoff run. Thats the problem. Yall puff so much smoke up these kids rears that when they face criticism they dont know how to use it to get better. All I want to discuss is our obvious offensive challenges and what to do to get better. Isnt that what these boards are for? None of you so called experts have given one single idea of how to actually fix things. I have to discuss with people who dont even like pisgah because yall are too scared. Or are we really just happy with the Haywood Championship? Im not
Your family for sure buddy..

Poor Mr dud, mostly illiterate, probably illegitimate, thinks everybody is his son, no friends, lives with his mother... such a sad life. I feel sorry for him:(
I am master mechanic at Ken Wilson ford , been working on cars since I was 10 years old was rebuilding transmission at 16 for randy pressley race team. I make more money on the side then most people make in a year. What do you do ?

I do like Ken Wilson and Fords though. I also watched the Pressley’s race at the old Asheville Motor speedway. It was a sad day when it closed down.

Starting to see some cream rise to the top of the M6 conference especially after Brevard's huge win last week. I believe after this week we'll have a good feel of our conferences true pulse. Of course there is always that upset lurking in the shadows. My Bears have a dog fight the next three weeks.
Hendo @ Pisgah
Brevard @ Smoky
Franklin @ East

Pisgah by 14
Brevard by 28
East by 14

Why is pisgah with 3a numbers over 1000 students playing in 2a conf?

I thought you had “proven” that you know more than anyone? Evidently not, but I can explain this in simple terms that even you will understand. You just have to say “Please” first.

Actually cant blame pisgah for this one..state simply reclassifies once every for years and barring any wild unforseen circumstances you will play in that classification..there are multiple schools in each classification thats now above or below there current classification based on current enrollment..as far as pisgah tuscola being in separate conferences and separate classifications just imo you can blame that on school board and administrators..with both schools so very close enrollment wise you would think every effort would have been made to get the #s where they needed to put both in 2a classification ....so cant really blame pisgah because enrollment has grown a bit...sucks if your a tuscola fan...but lately a lot has sucked if your a tuscola fan

Defense still rocking - ✓
Offense getting its groove going -✓
Pisgah Nation Domination starting to show (we can't keep a secret) - ✓

All you haters, bite one. Franklin we're coming for you next....
