Couple of points....this is the first year SC played tough non conference schedule. Prior to the new additions the conference was weak. The only teams in the conference were scots, richmond and pinecrest. As for the great teams paroli coached....the team with donnel woolford, earl harvey and brian Mcphatter along with the scots featuring earl mclaurin, corvin davis and john mcdonald lost to those dirty birds who went on to win the state championship

You made my point great teams do not always win. In terms of SC that year we lost to the birds you are talking to John McDonald. 71st had plenty of players Mike Jones (all-state), James Singletary (same), Dewayne Pelham (App State), Jeff Davis (Elon) and i could keep going. They had a great defense and they ran sweep my way first play and got stoned for a loss and they ran toss all night long to the opposite side. We had a very good team but we were not better than 71st nor was anyone else that year except Page.

Also luv the game this out of conference is the same as last year except we exchanged Mallard Creek with Butler so lets at least be factual. Let's don't make up alternative facts like someone we know.
