Kinston High School has a defensive assistant football coaching position for the 2016-2017 season with an immediate openings in the math and english departments with possibility of a special education position. Stipend is included with coaching position. A current teaching certificate or the ability to obtain one is required. The best candidates will be sought and the coaching position will be determined based on that candidates knowledge and skills as well as staff needs. Kinston High School is a highly successful program that has won the Eastern Finals 2 out of the last 5 years with the most recent coming in 2015 with an appearance in the 2015 NC 2A state title game.
