I would not want to play any of the top 4 from this conference if I am in 3A. There is a high probability that there are big upsets in the 1st round.

Big South and Western Foothills might pull a few "upsets" in early rounds.
If we lose Friday we could very well be a team to do it saying we play the way we can. We are already ranked 11 I think with only losses to Crest and KM. If we win Friday they will shoot us up in rankings like they believed in us all year but at that point I would play with a chip on my shoulder anyways.

I think that we are the definite underdogs in this game and we need a couple of things to go well for us to win. Crest is night and day from a few weeks back as a team. The Chargers are playing well as a team. That being said, our kids are coming to win. Every big game like this prepares our younger guys for future big time games. Kings Mountain is a much different team from the week 1 team that Shelby faced. The kids have improved leaps and bounds. I am looking forward to seeing how our guys respond to the moment. If we can somehow steal a win this week than we can roll into the playoffs with a full head of steam.
Last I believe both coaches want to win this game more than life itself. I think that both coaches will do everything in their power to make sure their teams are ready to go. KM and Crest are 5-5 against each other in the last ten games played.
