Baseball High school baseball 2025

Any of you guys help me out with seating arrangements at Hough HS for baseball? Can you sit in lawn chairs and watch the game? Is it a long walk from parking lot?

Possibly heading down tonight.

Long walk from parking lot, yes.
Lawn chairs are fine. Height of their wall is slightly higher than at West Forsyth but still can see well. It’s a big ballpark but very nice!

Tuscola was solid last year and returned a lot from that team. They are strong.

Tuscola lost in the Western finals last year to East Rowan. That team was heavy sophomores and juniors so on paper they should be a better group this year just on experience. We’ll see if it works out that way.

Their ace is Amos Rich he’s committed to UNC and is a junior this year. He went 4 for 4 in the game against Burns but had been down a little with his bat to start the year before that.

Regardless, they’re a solid team.

Burns threw Putnam for 4 I believe and then Toney came in.

Tuscola started Kolt Nelson and then Rich came in in the 3rd and tossed 5 innings.
