West is almost swept everything in passing and receiving. Hertford County is carrying that whole side of the state.

Maiden RB Gibbs was 15th in 2A.

As with most of the schools on that list... most of the QB/WR stats for the successful schools are for 3 quarters a game and a few games where you play a full 4 quarters. Not playing full games does hurt the stats somewhat. Gibbs doesn't have the craziest stats with a passing game like ours...but we've been able to lean on him when the passing game is off. He's a tough tough runner and blocks well.

Have not posted in here in a very long time but I do know that as bad as East Gaston is, I wouldnt be shocked if they beat East Surry. ES wont win 2A or even play for the state title. Not a knock on them, they have a chance to prove the entire west wrong including myself.
