Should be a interesting year 2025 conference just got a lot weaker which in good for East Burke all around in every sport!! the strong conference they were in was the issue the past few years for East Burke that was what keep the record and wins down in football should change this year. A lot of wins in this weaker conference!!

You are so right time will tell for sure feel for Foard this year that is a killer conference for sure you are in!!
Foard and West iredell will probably be a good game if like last year. But yes there will be a top tier for sure.
And looking at the first two game west Iredell and Foard to add to a few more wins maybe this year. I know the new coach is happy with this weaker teams on their schedule at least for his new start and maybe get a few wins in the books. They are set up to at least win 5 or six games love this new conference
How does EB look as a whole as far as what’s returning? How did the middle school look this past year as far as getting JVs up there to learn and fill holes ? Heard they have a great freshman coming up that can play.

I sorta thought that East Burke would schedule some non conference games with some teams this way here in WNC, but that's a good schedule overall
not sure but they lost a lot of talent, but the schedule just got a lot better to maybe win 5 or six games! Two weak out of conference games will help!! I think Draughn will be weak!! Patton will be better for sure.
Somebody told me yesterday some tall receiver from Brevard moved to Newton. But today he told me that it wasn't true. But he said he thought the name was Clayton McGill. But it's one of those take with a grain of salt. Then turn out not to be true.

I know the JV team had a great season, but I didn't watch them play and a lot of that was Helene that wiped out alot of things but the JV team was good from what I read don't know many of there kids!!

I agree!!! The thing about Brevard is, they have always had good teams going back to the early 80s in the Frank Robinson era great teams always had Reynolds number back then it seemed but Brevard has always been competitive and had some good teams!! Dan Essenburg was a good coach don't wanna leave him out!!
Think people forgot to talk bout East Rutherford in this conference. Could be the school that runs the tables. They took the best North Lincoln team down to the wire but North got way better as the season went on
This freshman has got alot of hype from what I understand but I wouldn’t think coach would throw him out there that quick. JV for a year most likely to learn and grow but I’m just a guy in the stands so ehhh who knows. But to answer the question I really couldn’t say.
Good 7 on 7 with North Lincoln this morning. I’d go watch if I wasn’t stuck with 2 small kids that won’t sit still lol. Special note these 2 schools never met on the football field and less than an hour travel separates them
This is meaningless history but fun. Schools East Burke hasn’t played that sit less than an hour away (I could be wrong) - Bessemer City, North Gaston, and MAYBE Cherryville. These schools prob 50 55 min away. North Lincoln is bout 45. Bout time they meet North Lincoln even if it is just 7 7
