Whelp.....congrats to EB....safe to say were not a bad team but we are definitely not as good as we thought we were.....doesnt get any easier next week traveling to Northside Jacksonville......back to the drawing board

Main issue is just stupid mistakes failing to capitalize on not 1 but 2 turnovers early in the 2nd half.....that fumble on the miscommunication on the very first play of the game.....just things like that..not a bad team just coming along slow and this schedule is pretty brutal especially for a team with a learning curve right now........pray for a upset next week.....Southern Lee is no slouch either a 0-4 start seriously puts a playoff berth in question.....not sure if you get in with a 4-6 record.....playing like we are right now dont stand a chance against East Duplin or Wallace.....not tryn to sound harsh just realistic
But looking from a optimistic point of view 2005 started out 2-3 2006 started out 1-3 we all know how well those teams ended up doing......adjustments definitely need to be made....kids confidence definitely took a major blow tonight
FIRST - Congratulations to East Bladen. The just kicked the Horses tail. I'm afraid it may be a long season. First no enthusiasm whatsoever, no sense of urgency when down two scores and the spread? What spread?. Scrap that. Sorry to be negative but you're suppose to win the games you're favored to win, fully understanding last week's quality loss but there was no quality tonight. Confusing thing is I think we have some quality athletes on the field. Question is can they and do they want to play DarkHorse football. Not giving up on them yet but they've got alott of work to do
Well credit East Bladen they do have a good team so its not like we loss to a nobody but yes i agree with what you saying Wiz no enthusiasm no sense of urgency and just stupid mistakes....after the muffed punt recovery that unsportsmanlike penalty you cant have that you gotta be smarter than that.....yes we have the athletes i just dont think we have the line.....speaking of athletes why no Kris Williams or Dewan Lesane on defense??? Williams by far is your best athlete he needs to be on the field......resting him for offense is all well and good but what good does it do when the defense is not stopping anyone
in 2006 the DazrkHorses started off with a 36-0 loss to Thomasvillle and started the season 3-5 ! But they made a turn around and won 7 straight against 7 very good teams ands played in the state chasmpionship game. Lost it but played in it. Yhe moral of that story is its never too late to make a turn around!
East Bladen will seriously challange South Columbus for their conference championship.
East Bladen has a very good team. They're going to make some noise in their conference and the playoffs.
Good skill players/athletes horrible upfront on both lines....right now not a mentally strong team......no fire....just going thru the motions.....its sad because you would think with the seniors we have on this team guys who been there done that and are use to winning would light a fire under some of these young guys.....no emotion on the sideline no emotion period.......were not a bad team you cut out the mental errors it could of been a different game.........also East Bladen is a solid team should challenge for a conf title and i could see a deep playoff run.......for Clinton not abandoning ship but dont win atleast 1 of these next 2 games put yourself in a tough situation having to run the table in conf play.......not being able to stop the power run in defense you cant expect to compete with Wallace or East Duplin
Not usually like that with a Bob Lewis team. Always tough,no mental mistakes. Well maybe Whiteville,SC,EB will have to battle it out for title. Fairmont,Red Springs,St.Paul's could be a one game spoiler for someone.
Clinton does not need to be down on themselves. Being on the EB sideline all game, I can tell you I did not believe it was over until that last EB TD. Clinton's QB is an outstanding runner. I could not figure out why he was not run more. Also EB had 3 running backs over 100 yards. Not be over looked, the EB defense is very good, especially when EB gives up 3 trunovers and still hold a very good Clinton team to 16 points.

Should be a good game when SC plays EB. Also,I don't see SP Or Fairmont,Red Springs beating Whiteville either,therefore I would say EB,Whiteville ,South Columbus wins conf. But a lot of ball yet to play. If EB is strong as some say Whiteville might be in a dog fight to win title outright. SC looks to be a little stronger than Pack. I've not seen EB play yet.
