What are some things have you guys seen that work to help prevent them? Anybody tried the pickle juice? how does that work?
 
Thought pickle juice helped you recover after working out.I like drinking pickle juice.
 
Mustard, bananas and lots of water all week! And I don't advise eating the banana with mustard on it... LMBO!
