On another note, Utah State’s Jaylan Warren had 141 rushing yards versus Wake Forest. Jaylan was born in Clinton but moved to Salt Lake City as a small child.

Time to do some soul searching....The guys know this. They acknowledged it in the post game article in the Bladen Journal. It gets no easier with Whiteville and SC. Time to get healthy...A already thin roster is thinner two games in. Good luck to Clinton the rest of the way. Hoping the unofficial rivalry continues.

Looking at some of the video from this game, maybe I’m being too critical, but our receivers have to sell their routes even if the ball is not being thrown to them. On more than one occasion I saw a receiver just stand or take one or two steps before stopping. Sell the route, keep the defense guessing!
